Special Gathering

Grace is proud to be one of the local churches that support The Special Gathering by providing space for Sunday school and worship for the mentally challenged. This ministry was started by Rev. Richard Stimson and his wife Nancy in 1982 because they believe mentally challenged people have spiritual needs that are as real and valid as anyone else. Small groups are…

Maundy Thursday Service

Continue the journey to Easter Sunday at this special service that commemorates the Last Supper with His disciples where Jesus began the Eucharist and washed his disciples’ feet. “Maundy” is derived from the Latin word mandatum, meaning “command,” and it refers to the “new commandment” Jesus shared with his disciples at the meal to “love one another.”

Good Friday Service

Holy Week services preparing our heart for Easter continue with this somber reminder of Jesus giving his life so that we might have eternal life. The congregation is traditionally asked to leave in silence as we embrace a spirit of contemplation before we return to celebrate the resurrection at Easter Sunday Services.

Easter Sunday Services

The Easter celebration begins with a Sunrise service on the church grounds at 6:30 AM, followed by a traditional service at 9 AM and modern worship at 11 AM, with Sunday School in the middle at 10 AM. Be sure to bring your flowers to decorate our wooden cross outside the church and take family photos by our Easter greeting display.
