Jonell has been working part time as a receptionist at Grace since May 2019. She is retired from her full-time job as a medical transcriptionist and wanted something to keep her mind alert and earn a little extra money. Pastor Beth knew of her desires and invited her for an interview.
She has been married to her current husband Mike for 35 years and has one son who will be 43. Her husband has a daughter who will also be 43. She enjoys gardening and enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. She has two dogs and enjoys taking them for walks and trying to stay fit swimming in her pool. She also enjoys traveling and cruising and looking forward to doing more soon.
She loves all the people here and has learned so much about the church and the Methodist tradition of the Christian faith. She was born and raised a Catholic and since being hired has converted and joined the Methodist church here at Grace in 2020.
