Gary has served at Grace since 2022. He is an ordained United Methodist minister, who served congregations in Florida for 32 years and then worked as a regional judicatory leader (DS) for the Florida Conference. He has worked with congregational leaders and pastors, as well as private businesses to facilitate leadership skills. He has written a class entitled Making Transitions Go Better, which is aimed at helping pastors who are moving to new assignments. He and his wife, Judy, were married in 1979. They have two grown children, Kaite and Kirby, and one granddaughter, Olive.
