I hope you are enjoying the cooler weather, just in time for pumpkin patch! This is a time of year when we have the privilege of having many people from all walks of life on our campus. Thank you for showing genuine hospitality to everyone you encounter.
Our beloved facilities manager, C.H. Hibbard, has turned in his resignation effective December 1, 2023. We appreciate all he has done for Grace in this capacity. Of course, we expect him and his family to remain active at Grace. If you know anyone who may be interested in the facilities manager position, please have them contact the church office. The hours and pay are negotiable based upon experience.
This Sunday, October 22, the scripture passages are 1 Timothy 6:10-12 and Malachi 3:8-10. Pastor Gary is preparing a message entitled “Money: What To Do With It?” This is the beginning of our stewardship season, and we encourage everyone to make your pledges for 2024 in memory of a special loved one. I know we are in for a treat with Sunday’smessage, because Pastor Gary is gifted in messages on stewardship, and he enjoys the topic!
