The VBS week is almost here! On Monday, June 27, the Grace campus will have approximately 120 children here for a week of fun and spiritual growth. If you have already committed to volunteer your time, thank you! If you are able to help on one or more of the days, it’s not to late to notify Ms. Niki.
This Sunday, June 26, Pastor Gary is kicking off a new series entitled “My Heart: Christ’s Home.” The series is an opportunity to explore how Christ lives within us, using the different rooms in a home as an analogy. The scripture passages for this Sunday are Revelation 3:30 and John 17:17. The first message in the series focuses on the analogy of the porch and living room. I think you will enjoy this new series, which will last a total of five weeks.
For those who love the traditional hymns from the UMC hymnal, the 9am service this Sunday will include a special “hymn sing” component. Come ready to sing!
Recently, I have met several new people who have attended worship at Grace for the first time. Some have come because you invited them! You just never know when a personal invitation will be the boost a person needs to find renewed joy in worship. Thanks for remembering to invite your friends.
